Upewnij się czy usunąłeś oba pliki. Wyłączyłeś anti-aliasing w grze?
Tam jest jeszcze folder dsfix do usunięcia. Ja usuwałem fixa bez żadnych problemów.
EDIT:
Właśnie sprawdziłem wersje 1.1. Tam są 3 pliki plus folder.
Gram na takich ustawieniach:

Jeżeli chodzi o lagi. To nie jest przypadkiem przyczyna sterowania myszą? Przed chwilą to sprawdziłem i u mnie przy sterowaniu m+k jest właśnie taki dziwny efekt przerywania, podczas gdy przy sterowaniu analogiem wszystko działa płynnie.
