WHAT IS THE AMAZONS DLC?
Amazons is the first Hero Pack DLC for A Total War Saga: TROY.

WHAT IS A HERO PACK?
Hero Packs add additional Heroes as well as factions, units, and mechanics to A Total War Saga: TROY.

WHEN WILL AMAZONS BE RELEASED?
Amazons will be released on Thursday the 24th of September 2020 at 15:00 BST.

WHERE CAN I GET THE DLC?
Amazons is an Epic Games Store exclusive until summer 2021.

IS AMAZONS FREE?
Amazons will be free to claim if you have a Total War Access account. It can also be purchased from the Epic Games Store.

HOW LONG WILL AMAZONS BE FREE?
Amazons will be free to claim from the 24th of September to the 8th of October 2020. If you claim the DLC during this time, it is free to keep. You’ll have until the 5th of November to apply your product code to your account.

WHERE DO I SIGN UP FOR TOTAL WAR ACCESS?
From the 24th of September 2020, go to https://www.totalwar.com/access-amazons/.

Fill in the form to create your free account and follow the instructions that will be emailed to you in order to complete registration.

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE A TOTAL WAR ACCESS ACCOUNT?
Once you’re logged in to Total War Access, head over to https://dashboard.totalwar.com/home/troy-amazons and click Claim Code. Your product code should appear below the banner for Amazons. Copy the code and click Redeem here: Epic Games.

On the Epic Games Store, your code should be pre-filled. If not, paste your product code into the space provided and click Redeem to complete the process.

The DLC should appear in your game the next time you start up TROY.

WHO WERE THE AMAZONS?
The Amazons were a mythical nation of warrior women, who were significant in Greek legends both for their beauty and their fearsome combat prowess. In the Epic Cycle they arrived at the gates of Troy, honouring an old agreement with the Trojan king Priam and all but turned the tide of Trojan War in the favour of their Pelasgian allies. As the campaign begins, the two Amazon queens Penthesilea and Hippolyta answer the call to war, but each uses the grand conflict to forge their own path, motivated by the sacking of their sacred city of Themiscyra by the Achaeans years prior.

WHAT IS AMAZONS ABOUT?
In Amazons, you can take on the role of Hippolyta, queen of the Amazons, or her fierce warrior-queen sister Penthesilea, to carve out a new legacy for your tribes against the backdrop of the Trojan War.

Both characters welcome new and unique campaigns, as well as a diverse host of features including the first all-female Total War army roster and the first horde faction for A Total War Saga: TROY.

WHO ARE THE NEW PLAYABLE HEROES IN AMAZONS?
There are two new playable characters:

The High Queen of the Amazons, Hippolyta
Her sister, the Warrior Queen Penthesilea
WHAT ARE THE NEW PLAYABLE UNITS?
The two Amazon factions both have new all-female rosters which feature a variety of cavalry units. Each faction also has a selection of unique troops to bring specific strategies onto the battlefield. Penthesilea relies on fearsome two-handed axe infantry while whittling her enemies down with devastating skirmishers and finishing them off with strong cavalry charges. Her sister Hippolyta, on the other hand, braces for the defence of her land with the renowned Amazon archers, bolstered by the inspiring presence of heavier sword infantry, which also enables her horse archers to circle her foes and attack them at their weakest.

WHAT NEW CONTENT WILL BE ADDED?
New content and features in the Amazons DLC include:

Lead two warlike Amazon factions and carve out your own path in the Trojan War conflict
Determine your Amazon legacy with your own narrative Epic Mission chain
Command a variety of cavalry units
Construct new buildings reflecting the exotic martial culture of the Amazons and Penthesilea’s Horde armies
Obtain new hero and unit abilities and skills focused on unique Amazon traditions and martial discipline
Explore three new faction mechanics, including Initiation Rites – a unique unit-upgrading mechanic shared between both Amazon factions

Mnie odsyła by bulić za dlc. Nie kumam ich.

Połączyłeś konto Total War Access i Epic Games, a potem wziąłeś kod z tego linka? https://dashboard.totalwar.com/home/troy-amazons Jeśli tak to wszystko OK. Wtedy tylko wyłącz grę i Epica. Przy ponownym starcie powinno działać wszystko. Miałem identyczny problem.

Za szybko się wczoraj wbiłem, dziś spokojnie poszło. Dziękuję za odpowiedź :)

Skończyłem obydwie kampanie Amazonek i muszę przyznać, że bardzo fajnie mi się nimi grało. Obydwie bohaterki mają ciekawe mechaniki. W szczególności rozwój królestwa Hippolity odblokowuje wiele użytecznych atutów (np. natychmiastowa rozbudowa głównego budynku w mieście, bonus do dyplomacji czy zwiększenie poziomu postaci w zamian za artefakty Amazonek). System rekrutacyjny Amazonek też jest bardzo dobry i dodatkowo urozmaica rozgrywkę. Dodatkowym plusem jest oczywiście fakt że jako Amazonki możesz być "trzecią siłą" w dwustronnym konflikcie co daje nam trochę świeżości do kampanii. Oczywiście były jakieś błędy tu i tam (np. Amazonki nie mogą zsiąść z konia przez co nie są w stanie aktywować Aristei) ale generalnie wrażenia były bardzo pozytywne.
